There are no plans to reschedule the event this year.

Other upcoming activities slated for this winter at the Recreation Area include Central Maine Ski Club’s biathlon on Saturday, February 11 and the Central Maine chapter of the New England Mountain Bike Association’s winter bike race on Sunday, February 26. When conditions improve, the public is encouraged to take advantage of the groomed ski trails, snowshoe trails, sledding hill, and tree maze that was put in place for the Carnival. Quarry Road Recreation area is open from dawn till dusk, 7 days a week.
